Shipping Policy
As we are a small business, our products are made to order. Please give us 1-3 business days to package and fulfill your order before shipping. Once orders are shipped, you can expect to receive them within 5-7 business days.
- We offer USPS First Class standard shipping (5-7 business day transit time). Delivery options for PO Box addresses and select military locations options are also available.
- Once an order has been shipped, no edits or cancellations can be made. Please be sure to enter all shipping information correctly.
- Please contact the shipping carrier to inquire about alternative delivery options for your package.
- Annie's Krown of Glory is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer. No refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.
Return & Refund Policy
Customers can return their undesired product(s) if it has not been used or opened.

Customers must show images as proof of damage on the same day that the item(s) has been delivered. Examples of damages include deformed bottles/containers, oil/product spills prior to opening, and broken caps/tops.

Item(s) cannot be returned if proof of damage is shown after the delivery date.

Undesired items that meet the return-worthy criteria must be returned within a week of delivery.
If an item is missing or the wrong item was received from your order upon arrival, please submit a ticket within 10 days, providing the necessary information to support your claim and we will be happy to assist you.

Disclaimers & Statements
- These products are not to be used as a replacement for any medical issues you may have.
- Children under the age of 6 are not to use these products as they contain potent essential oils.
- If there are any signs of rashes, bumps, or redness, discontinue your use of the specific product. Itching is normal but refrain from using the product if excessive and/or intolerable itching occurs.
- A patch test is recommended in order to test for any signs of skin irritation before applying the product to your scalp.
Privacy & Safety
Your shipping and billing information (address, name, card number, etc.) will remain strictly confidential.
We closely maintain appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the personal information you provide against accidental, unlawful, or unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, access, disclosure, or use. We do not use an SSL certificate because of our use of PayPal.
